A minimum order of $25 is necessary to qualify for shipping. Shipping fee is $10 for orders up to $100 and $20 for all others. (Per Box or Basket)
Please place holiday orders 7-10 business days before the following holidays. Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Standard DeliveryOrders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders usually arrive within 2 business days (from the day of shipping) to most US locations.
Priority Delivery all orders, are given priority status in our shipping facility. Generally, orders are packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days. *Please add this processing time to the estimated arrival time keeping mind our Warm Weather Shipping Policy. A shipping conformationwill be e-mailed to you with the tracking number once shipped. At that time your credit card will be charged for the order.
SEVERE WEATHER AND UNFORSEEN DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Lehigh Sweets is not responsible for delivery delays, non-delivery caused by labor strikes, loss beyond our control, adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of God.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING (May-October)
Chocolate is extremely heat sensitive during the “Warmer Months”which we generally define as May-October, or any time of year when the weather is 75 degrees and above at the shipping or delivery location.
During the months of May-October, USPS Priorityorders will only ship Monday-Wednesday. No orders will shipped on Thursday or Friday during these months.
Though we do take great care in packing our candy with insulation and ice packs during warm weather, Most items will be shipped utilizing ice packs and cooler bags. Ice pack(s) will be added to your order at a cost of $2.50. You will only be charged this small fee once per shipment, regardless of how many items are in the shipment or how many ice packs are utilized.
The less time your chocolate is in transit the better. While this will greatly lower the chances of your chocolate melting, we still cannot guarantee chocolatewill always arrive 100%. If you receive melted product please follow the below steps in order for a replacement or refund to be issued.
If you are shipping to a residence, keep in mind when placing your order USPS does not require a signature and will leave the package as long as they deem it safe. Once you receive your emailed tracking details and estimated delivery date, make sure someone will be home to receive it or leave a note for USPS with additional instructions so that the package is not left outside in direct sunlight.
If you have received melted product, you are required to take a picture right away and contact customer service within 24 hours of USPS delivering by either email info@lehighsweets.comor call (610) 952-0580 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.

STANDARD DELIVERY
As most orders are custom made, they will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of when you receive your order confirmation e-mail. Usually immediately of when your order was placed.
We ship Monday-Wednesday, excluding holidays. Most orders will arrive in 2 business days.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY (USPS PRIORITY)
ALL orders are Expedited Orders (USPS Priority) and given priority status in our shipping facility. Generally, expedited orders are processed within 2-3 business days of confirmation. Please add this processing time to the shipping method selected to determine the estimated arrival time.
Business Days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. The first business day is considered the first full day after an order is placed. This is usually the day that you will receive your “order confirmation e-mail” Any order placed on Friday, the first business day is always Monday.

SPECIAL DELIVERY NOTES
If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend you contact us before placing your order so we can advise on the most appropriate plan of action and delivery option. We cannot issue refunds for orders not delivered by a specific date.
As with anything, mistakes do occasionally happen. Please check your order within 24 hours of receipt. If there is a mistake, please contact us immediately so we can correct it. That being said, we pride ourselves on taking special care that your order is accurately filled every single time! As of now there have been ZERO mistakes.
Though we know it’s very basic, please be extra careful to provide us with an accurate shipping address…we want our delivery to find you! Please note that we cannot be responsible for an order shipped to an incorrect address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
When shipping to a hotel, hospital or office building, please be sure to include the complete shipping address with floor, suite, apt, etc. Please make necessary arrangements with the delivery locations to ensure prompt delivery to the recipient. Lehigh Sweets is not responsible for packages misdirected after delivery.
SPECIAL DELIVERY LOCATIONS
ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES AND REMOTE RURAL DELIVERIES
Please allow 3 additional days for Standard Delivery.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Rural Routes and remote locations may arrive within 4-5 business days after the ship date.
For Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, any and all USPS charges will apply and be billed to order.
APO & FPO BOXES
We do allow standard delivery to APO and FPO Boxes. Please note we cannot be held responsible for shipments that have not been picked up or accepted by the recipient and/or damaged at the APO or FPO Box facility. In order to make sure your order is fresh and in its best possible condition, we recommend that you provide us with a physical street address where your order can be delivered.
Priority and Express shipments (Two Day, Overnight) are not available for APO or FPO addresses.
Signature confirmation is not available for APO or FPO addresses.
PO BOXES
As Most Post offices are air conditioned, we are indeed able to ship to Post Office Boxes.
Please make advanced necessary arrangements with the recipient to ensure prompt pick up. Lehigh Sweets is not responsible for packages not picked up or lost after delivery.
