Can I make an online purchase without entering my credit card information on the website?
Our website has the latest encryption technology. If you still have reservations, we will be glad to take your order over the phone by calling us at (610) 952-0580.
Where will my gift message appear when the recipient receives the order?
The gift message you wish to include will appear on a size appropriate card at the top of your gift. It will be the first thing noticed when the gift is opened.
If I am sending a gift, will it include pricing and credit card information?
We do not include a receipt or packing slip with any order. We do not include prices or credit card information whatsoever. We may include at your request a custom message card to accompany your gift.
Can Lehigh Sweets make a donation to my charity or event?
As much as we would like to honor all donation requests, Lehigh Sweets receives far more requests for donations than we can possibly support. As a result, we have organizations we currently support such as St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, The Tunnels to Towers Foundation, Blue Line Bears, Locally The Allentown Rescue Mission and Miller Keystone Blood Center and The Easton Children's Home. Although we are happy to help with fundraisers, we do not accept solicitations for additional donations.
Can Lehigh Sweets help with fundraisers?
Yes! We currently help several groups raise money for their organizations. Our largest fund raisers are built around our delicious Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Boxed and ready for pick up we sell a dozen for $12.50 a dozen. The organization usually sells the Strawberries for $25 a dozen. We can make up to 50 dozen a day. We also custom make over 3,000 assorted pretzel rods a year for youth groups. We also create various other incredible sweets to help local organizations. For more details call us at (610) 952-0580.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Lehigh Sweets accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo on our website and shoppe. We also accept Venmo for pick up orders or in store purchases. Our Venmo username is lehigh-sweets. To use Venmo for a shipped order, please call us with the order. Place your order as if it were to be picked up. We are also members of Business Owners Trade Alliance (BOTA). If you are a member of a barter group or club, contact your club about a reciprocal trade.
Can Lehigh Sweets use a supplied image on certain candies and labels?
Yes! We are able to transfer images to cookies such as Oreo's, Nutter Butters and Graham Crackers and other sweets using eatable sugar paper. We also use images, logos and graphics on labels and candy wrappers. By supplying Lehigh Sweets a photographic image for placement on the customized product or label, the customer represents and warrants to Lehigh Sweets that:
- the photographic image, and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are owned in their entirety by customer, and
- no third party consents are needed in order to utilize the image on the customized label, and
- no third party rights are infringed in any way by the uploading of the image or its placement on the customized label.
Can I purchase a Gift Card online?
Absolutely. We offer gift certificates in $10, $25, $50, and $100 increments. To purchase visit the Gift Cards page.
If an item is on sale in the Shoppe, will it be on sale online?
No. Occasionally certain items may be on sale in the Shoppe that are NOT on sale online.
Are all Lehigh Sweets products available online?
Yes! We are constantly rotating our offerings, but if there is something specific you crave that you have previously enjoyed or seen either in the Shoppe of online, we will gladly custom hand make it for you. Please fill out the form on our Visit Us page with details of your request or stop in the Shoppe.
What is your RETAIL STORE Return Policy?
Returns may be made on apparel, accessories, plush, and any other non-edible merchandise with the original receipt only within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be made without a receipt. Returned merchandise must be in sellable condition unwashed, unsoiled, and with tags intact. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment. Edibles and seasonal merchandise are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
What is your ONLINE Return Policy?
If there is a problem with your online order (receiving items not ordered), we will gladly accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of receipt with the following exceptions and conditions:
- We cannot accept returns of personalized products or custom orders.
- For simple health reasons, we cannot accept any open (seal is broken) edible products for a refund.
- Original order's shipping costs are not refundable or transferable.
- From the time of receipt of a return, refunds can take 5-7 business days.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number. Account Questions
Can I create an account when I place my order?
Yes, you will have the option to create an account when you place your order. We advise that you do this in order to easily access and track your order, history, speed up the ordering process, and to easily update information. If you require assistance setting up an account during checkout, please call us (610) 952-0580.
Note: Once orders are placed, you can not create an account associated with that specific order.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you submit an order on our site, or fill out a form at the shoppe. Like most websites, we use cookies to better assist you and to document website traffic.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To better understand your individual likes and dislikes
- To improve customer service by allowing us to better stock our shelfs
- To process your custom orders Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other entity for any reason other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
- To send periodic information and updates on sales and promotions.
How do we protect your information?
We use a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required by law to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information is never stored by Lehigh Sweets.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any of your information. This does not include other parties who assist us in servicing you such as shipping entities that may change from time to time. We may also release your information when served with a subpoena to comply with law enforcement.

Does Lehigh Sweets create custom corporate gifts?
Yes! Custom baskets, chocolate bars, and corporate colored goodies are some of our unique corporate gift options. Call us at (610) 952-0580 to discuss your order.
Do you offer wedding or party favors?
Yes! We offer a large assortment of personalized wedding and party favors. Strawberry Brides and Grooms, custom colored non-pareils, platters and other custom favorites. Do you offer Lehigh Sweets products wholesale to various other retail locations?
Yes we do! Lehigh Sweets can be found locally at many retail locations. As the outlets tend to change from time to time we suggest you call us for an updated list at (610) 952-0580 or email info@lehighsweets.com.
Does Lehigh Sweets offer sugar-free candy?
Yes! Most anything we create can be made with sugar free chocolate at a slightly higher price (sugar free chocolate has a higher wholesale cost to us). We carry Milk and Dark sugar free chocolates. Allow extra time (1-2 days) for us to create your order as we currently don't stock sugar free items. We do however plan on carrying a full line of sugar free sweets as soon as possible.
Does Lehigh Sweets sell Kosher candy?
Yes! Our facility has been certified Kosher. You may do a search using the term "kosher" to find these items, or simply browse our site and those items that are Kosher will be listed as such in the product description.
Does Lehigh Sweet offer candy for someone with peanut allergies?
Most of our candies are produced in plants that work with peanuts and nuts, so traces may be found in any of our candies. We suggest if you are allergic to nuts or seeds, please email info@lehighsweets.com or call (610) 952-0580 to discuss your individual needs.
Do you carry any Gluten Free products?
Most of our sweets are NOT Gluten Free. We will soon have a Gluten Free section at the Shoppe. Typically such items as pretzels and cookies contain gluten. We will carry very similar pretzels and cookies that are certified Gluten Free. We suggest if you are allergic to gluten, please call us at (610) 952-0580 or email info@lehighsweets.com. On average Gluten Free items are .25 cents each extra to cover our additional costs for some special ingredients. As always, please keep in mind that there are items produced in our shop that contain Gluten.
Can Lehigh Sweets create personalized items for me?
Yes! We are known for our delicious over sized 1/3 pound personalized chocolate bars. Imagine your company logo or event graphic raised on a chocolate bar either with either Milk, Dark or White chocolate. Flavors are also available such as peppermint, cookies and cream, etc. These personalized bars are wrapped in foil and topped with a paperwrapper with your custom design. These are $5 per bar. Can Lehigh Sweets create custom gift baskets?
Yes! Just about every basket we make is a custom basket. Visit our basket creations page and build a basket with any of our products you desire. There is a $25 minimum on all custom baskets. Simply add the items, type of chocolate, topping and quantity, the combined retail price of each item will determine the basket price. If you have a specific product in mind, we can help you put together as much or as little as you need. Stuck and need ideas? We are more than happy to assist you in creating a one of a kind basket that will impress. Since this is a personalized service, all orders are non-returnable.
Shipping Questions
Is there a minimum order amount needed to qualify for shipping?
Yes, a minimum order of $25 is necessary to qualify for shipping. UPS shipping fees apply based on the requested delivery option.
Do you have any shipping stipulations for holidays?
Please place holiday orders 7-10 business days before the following holidays. Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Do you ship in warmer months?
We take great care in packing our candy with insulation and ice packs during the warm months (May-October). Ice pack(s) will be added to your order at a cost of $2.50. You will be charged this small fee once per shipment, regardless of how many items are in the shipment or how many ice packs are utilized. The less time your chocolate is in transit the better! We ship USPS Priority shipping for all chocolate items. You will receive your confirmation of shipment notice (usually 2-3 days after receipt of a confirmation of order notice) by email. Your confirmation will include your tracking details and estimated delivery date, please make sure someone will be able to receive it or leave a note with additional instructions to hold onto the package, so that the package is not left outside in direct sunlight. During the months of May-October, we will ship USPS Priority Monday-Wednesday. No orders will ship on Thursday or Friday. We cannot guarantee chocolate will always arrive 100% in the warmer months. If you do receive melted product(s), take a picture of the product(s) and contact us within 24 hours of delivery by either email info@lehighsweets.com or phone 610.952.0580 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.
What are your shipping charges?
A minimum order of $25 is necessary to qualify for shipping. There is a $10 shipping fee for orders under $100. And a $20 shipping fee for all shipments over $200. We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
*We are unable to ship outside the US.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard Delivery Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days of order confirmation and shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders usually arrive within 2 business days (from the day of shipping) to most US locations. *When ordering, please add this processing time to your estimated arrival time. A Shipping Conformation will be sent to you with the tracking number once shipped. At that time your credit card will be charged for the order.
Severe Weather and Unforeseen Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Lehigh Sweets is not responsible for delivery days, non-delivery caused by labor strikes, loss beyond our control, adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of God.
